Those were the best biscuits we have EVER gotten at any fast food place. Whoever is doing the biscuits needs a raise.We enjoyed the whole order. The gravy was awesome,. sausage and eggs perfect. Great food.

My husband got the big Jack and Fries and he love it. Nice and fresh tasting. Exactly like we ordered. Fries were cooked just right not cooked to death like some placed. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with mayo and tomato only. It was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. It is a little spicy but not too hot. So good , I highly recommend it. Jack's so far hasn't disappointed us. Thank you Jack's. You want go wrong if you choice Jack's. Sorry I didn't photograph, we were in a hurry . Next time I'll photograph.

The deluxe breakfast , biscuits, gravy that I ordered was delicious. I also ordered 2 sausage patties but did not receive them. I love your sausage gravy but there was only 1/2 a bowl in each one. Disappointed but what I did receive was great.

my grits was hard I ordered 2 breakfast special with sausage it normally comes with 2 sausage pattie. in one was one burnt sausage pattie. the other bacon and biscuits hard as brick. I didn't order bacon at all .

If a person pays almost 3-$4.00 for a side, it should be filled all the way. We are paying for a side not a half a side with the container..Smh
