You are by far the best fast food restaurant in Alabama! I ate for breakfast, lunch, and or dinner!

ordered online for pick up. food was ready but tied up in plastic bag and packaging was damp from condensation from food being hot. ordered 2 burger combo meal, burgers were hard and fries were missed. got a dinner meal with double fries and barley got a small order. chicken tenders were more like nuggets and extremely hard and dried out. also, they didn't have the milkshakes ready and was gonna let me leave without getting them. only one employee was kind, the rest weren't very welcome. seemed to be full crew and customers were standing and having to wait to be served. didn't realize the condition of the food until i got back home. i will listen to previous customers from now on. jacks has really declined in the last year or so.

My Dasher, David is one of the best Dashers we have around here. All of the food was packaged and wonderful. Now the biscuit on the Breakfast Deluxe was a bit hard. I like soft biscuits.but it was still very good. The Double Gravy and Biscuits was a lot. It was well worth the money.It was very fresh. I would definitely buy again and hope David was my dasher!! It is still more than enough for 2 people and put some up.

Chicken wings and biscuit were extremely hard and dry, had obviously been sitting under light for way too long. I don't know what's been going on with Jack's lately, but for several months now it's been more of a miss than a hit both in store and delivery.

I love Jack's! You are the best fast food restaurant in Sylacauga! On April 2, 2025, you were not! I spent 39.97 with Door Dash. I did not get the 4 chicken fingers with the fries I did get. The best broiled chicken sandwich in town had no mayo, no lettuce, no cheese, nor any tomato!
This doesn't happen ever! I hope it will not again!
