order was Fried Chicken Dinner 3pcGrilled Chicken Sandwich and it was all hot fresh and delicious 😋 definitely will be ordering again also s fork was provided without me having to ask I simply love this place

They did not follow special instructions left off an item and did not include jelly as requested. also, the gravy they did include was only 1/4 filled. I was unae to enjoy my meal because the gravy was missing. should have been refunded for the 2 plain biscuits as well being that the gravy I got to go on the wasn't there. I usually love Jack's bit this was very Poor service.

I have ordered the 3 piece chicken many times. Every time, everything has been delicious except last night. It was cold, tasteless and the breast was undercooked. Awful!

the chicken was very hard and crispy you can tell that when I put the order in they took chicken off the line and dropped it back in the grease fries were soggy and not hot at all very bad experience and I actually love jacks

I got Milkshakes , Big Bacon and Fries . The milkshake was left with an open top, unsealed. The paper bag with my food was not sealed. Not saying anyone did anything with my food, it's the principle of food safety. If left unsealed, anyone COULD do something with your food.
