Door dash order arrived still hot!! Thanks a lot! My only suggestion is to place drink sticker on sides of lid as well as the hole on top.

The chicken was so dry it looked like it had been sitting under a burner light for 2 days!!!! Everything else was great.

This was my FIRST bad experience with Jacks. The chicken was old. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. It wasn't fresh at all. The milkshake was not plesant either.
