• 3/11/262 Meats Combination Plate is amazing. Huge portion. Absolutely delicious. Best fried chicken I've had in ages. Pork Ribs were great.
The Corn Nuggets are awesome, Macaroni was excellent, collards on point and the Sweet Tea was just right.
Everything was hot, fresh, and I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
My new favorite BBQ restaurant.

• 1/25/26The kids shrimp playe literally had half as many shrimp as it usually does. The corn stick was as hard as a rock. The hushpuppies were oddly pencil thin and cooked to a almost burnt crisp. It is usually sooo good.

• 11/3/25Best BBQ in town! We also love their fried chicke and cornbread sticks! The family special with fried chicken, BBQ, two large sides and sticks or puppies is a great value. 28 years and never once disappointed. If you love NC Style BBQ this is a staple.

• 6/25/26The pork and mashed (hardly mashed) potatoes tasted soggy and old. The okra was the only saving grace. I've been getting Jackson's BBQ for over a decade. This wasn't Jackson's. It was a total let down.
