If you’re looking for amazing comfort food with a personal touch, you *have* to try Jackson’s Soul Food. The fish was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked and full of flavor—and the burger and fries were just as delicious. everything was made fresh and the portions was 2 meals....
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The owner is genuinely kind and welcoming, and she even remembered me from a previous order, which made it feel like more than just a quick meal—it felt like home.
Great food, warm service, and a place that truly cares about its customers. Definitely worth checking out!

First off grits were very bland , food items missing from order. Food tastes regular, you could make a better meal at home, not worth the money !!! Portion size & presentation was poor. Food was bagged in a walmart bags . 3 stars for the fish being good .

Best fish breakfast in the city hands down ! Fish was Seasoned good not over cooked ! Grits cheesy and creamy , the eggs were scrambled a little too hard for my liking but overall great !

The Haddock Tid bits were well seasoned and fried well the home fries were not and the eggs and grits were okay. Also one piece of toast??? Not going to say I'd never order again but I'm in no hurry.
