The sticker covering the spout on the cup was placed askew so coffee ended up spilling outside of the cup. I wanted something savory and the Cheddar Kale Scone ended up being sweet like a regular scone, just FYI. Quality otherwise on par with other Jacks

My cup was leaking through the bottom, which it does 99% of the time from jacks. It soaked through 6 layers of paper towels.
