I've eaten dim sum fromJade Garden for years and have never been disappointed. This time I added won ton soup and expect it will be part of my order in the future. The portion was generous for 2. The broth was very rich and the won tons were fluffy, just delicious.

These days, it's always hit or miss trying a new place and not knowing whether it's worth the gamble. This time was a hit: a mountain 108. BBQ Pork Fried Rice and gingery, tangy Beef and American Broccoli (with ample portions of both beef AND broccoli). absolutely 10/10 taste and value

A lot of the pieces like the siu mai and the fried shrimp dumping had a funky aftertaste to them and were tough and chewy and not hot. The egg yolk custard bun had a pleasant initial taste that turned into the most shocking strong gasoline like flavor, I don't know what they did to it, maybe the eggs in the custard were rotten? Really weird experience. I've had great dimsum from other spots like Hong Kong Bistro but this one was disappointing especially considering they are a dim sum restaurant, and given the expensive price. Only the steamed prawn and chive dumpling was decent.

I've loved Jade Garden for years. And they're still my go to for dim sum. Especially good are the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, the Shrimp Egg Rolls, and the Pan Fried Shrimp & Chive Dumplings. Based on reviews, I tried the Double Mushroom & Beef tonight - delicious!!

Large portions and tasty! Egg rolls had shrimp in them, which I wasn't expecting., but explains the price. I thought the chicken chow mein would look like the beef chow mein pic, but it was the small, drier noodles. I wouldn't get gravy if I ordered or again. Double mushroom beef has snow peas and celery and might beat out beef and broccoli for me now. Though some broccoli would also be yummy!
