I love this place. Not all sushi places are great for take out, but this place is on point. Freshest fish I've had in a long time, I recommend the Omakase but if youre feeling indecisive get Jae's Bento, it has a little bit of everything. Definitely adding to my regular rotation.

the food was really good but I requested utensils and they didn't come which is really inconvenient. they also didn't send soy sauce but included wasabi and ginger. recommend the Seattle Roll+ and Ume Shiso Maki they were really good!

the tempura butter was not done at all I have never had such poor quality in my life I was just appalled especially for the price that I paid that was so unexcusable
