• 4/23/25Food was great. We have a jalisco's in Bastrop but the one in elgin is by far the most cleanest, every one is so attentive and the food is always great. And their Chilaquiles Breakfast Plate is the best in town.

• 7/9/25The food is always great portion and tastes amazing. The spanish rice is moist and lettuce crisp and fresh. I can't handle very spicy food so the chicken 28. Chimichanga is my go to. I would recommend it to anyone big, small, young, and old!

• 9/18/25I ordered the carne guisada plate and it normally comes with guacamole and a salad. It's a $25 plate and this is what I got. With no tortillas and the gravy had leaked all over the bag. Extremely disappointed.
