Calves Liver was very good.
Very thick pork chop had me concerned it would be tough, but it was nice and tender, and very well seasoned. Delicious!

Burger was very good and was a nice portion size, but the lettuce and tomato looked old. Tossed them in the garbage, Potato Skins looked and tasted reheated from days ago. Not freshly prepared.

I have ordered the potato skins many times but this time they were really burnt and overcooked. Cheese was brown. If I had been eating in the restaurant, they would never have served these to me as a customer. Liver was a little dry but had plenty of bacon and onions to add flavor.
