Former historic Torrance Korean restaurants Cho Dang Tofu and Da Maat have been combined and renamed as Jang Su Jang! Same family, same flavor in a shiny new location!
The tofu soups are always delicious. Portions are just right for one person. The banchan included with takeout orders is very tasty.

Mediocre. Almost spent $40 with tips and tax for Spicy Pork Bulgogi. But there are much better options available within 3 miles range both taste and value wise. Portion was small and meat was dry. Surprised I paid that much for this. Won't order same menu from this place.

I love the Mushroom Soon Tofu!! For vegans, you can order it "water-based" or "veggie broth" with vegan sides/banchan. It's one of my top comfort foods of all time and they make it so perfectly here, just like in the Cho Dang days!!

Their Mushroom Soon Tofu is consistently great and I've been getting it from them for many years including at their old location. It's one of my favorite dishes ever and you can order it vegan too, just be careful with some side dishes that contain mayo or seafood (including the kimchi). I only wish they had vegan kimchi!

Great tasting Korean food with a wide variety on the menu. Seafood and Beef Soon Tofuis a favorite on a cold day, kids love the galbi.
