New Paramount Roll is delicious and the Fried Calamari (there was a lot and cooked just right) and the Seafood Udon Pasta had a lot of onions but tasty. I highly recommend! Big portions and very fresh.

ughhh they're so goooodd these are my go to's. the dragon roll is good with the green plant they put on the side, eel sauce, ginger and soy sauce, it just tastes so good with that extra tangy stuff.
the baked salmon roll is nice and warm, and it tastes good with the teriyaki sauce they put for it , it's more on the sweet side very yummy . it's soooo good i love i buy everytime

Very nicely done tempura rolls. (Scarfed it down, very deliciously.) Perfect amount of sauce and loved the wasabi and soy additions. Miso soup was perfection also. Great temperature (ordered to go), flavor and super hearty. I love Miso soup and definitely judge. There are alot of sushi places in the area. This one earned its stamp of approval. Will be back to try more on the menu.

The sushi was so fresh! Miso soup was hot and favorful, it hit the spot on this chilly night. The tempura was crispy and fresh. I have enjoyed Japanese Castle for over 5 years!

Always fresh and tasty! I always order here because I never had a bad sushi here. Always fresh ingredients and the seafood to rice ratio is the best. I love this place
