We ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry and the Assorted Veggie Curry with potato croquette. I did pickup since its close to me and it was ready right when it said it would be and was packed super well ready to travel in the car. Both were DELICIOUS and nice big portions. Will most definitely be a repeating customer many many more times!

Curry is decent, but the actual pork cutlet was lacking - not a great cut of meat as it was dry and very chewy.
The tonkatsu is also delivered on top of the curry with the salad and rice in the same packaging so everything arrives soggy.
I've had much better in very average restaurants in So Cal. However, I don't think there are many great options in the Bay Area for tonkatsu which is why Hyuga is so highly rated here.

Their Tonkatsu curry reminds me of the authentic homemade curry we tried in Japan. It's one of the best Japanese curry dishes we've tried. Have ordered this thru DoorDash before and my order consistently arrives hot and the tonkatsu breading is still crunchy. Yummy! Highly recommended

The Chicken Katsu Curry was packaged well so the katsu stayed crispy :) Arrived in a timely manner and just as delicious & well-portioned as when I eat in the restaurant.

Great quality of food and service, prepared with care! At the beginning, their curry taste too salty for me and I did not like it, but over time I gradually get used to it and love the taste! Still it'd be nice to have a reduced salt option, but overall the food is superb.
