The ramen was amazing! I've been looking for ramen in Arcata for a while, and this must be the place. I'd excited to try the "hot noodle bowl" as udon and others. The large salad with chicken and vegetables didn't have enough chicken for my liking, but the dressing I chose was great and so was everything else. Still the best ramen I've found around here though!

Japhy's has the best clam chowder I've ever eaten. The ingredients are fabulously proportioned.   I get disappointed when it's not offered on Fridays as usual.  Try it!

Its a very tasty dish but I have been hesitant to order again because each time it seems to come with less broth.  Decided to risk it today and same thing has happened. I wish they would be more generous with the broth the way this dish was when I first started ordering it on the regular. Probably wont order again...
