• 1/1/26I am a loyal Jarana's customer. I was planned to join with my family for New Year's Eve dinner. Last minute sickness of one of my daughters and my wife did not allow us to join. However I managed in the morning of 31 st to schedule a pick up for 6:00pm to bring Jarana's magic to my family. Upon arrival to Jarana everyone as always extremely friendly and polite team, they were surprised and concerned because they closed all orders from a day before, definitely a system bug from DoorDash that confirmed and charged me, however Tommy a very professional, customer oriented and friendly Director of Operations call himself DoorDash support to ensure I got a refund.
I work in the hospitality industry and having this background made me understand and appreciate how Tommy handled the situation.
Definitely this creates loyalty for ever, being Peruvian make me proud how Chef Martha Palacios and her culinary team created an exquisite food experience, service and consistency from all staff is impeccable.
Happy New Year for all Jarana's family.

• 1/8/26Inconsistent quality with Lomo Saltado and Anticucho de Pulpo. Some pieces were hard other were soft. Seasoning and portions were good.

• 3/17/26$14.98 for Picarones seem like a lot in this economy, but after tasting them and seeing that it's like ones made in Peru, I'd say they're very worth the price.
