I love the Lomo Saltado and Empanadas here. The restaurant even let me make my saltado half steak and half mushroom and tofu. It was awesome. I love meat and tofu together but it's not a common thing in restaurants in the U.S. The steak in the Lomo Saltado is cooked perfectly, tender, medium-rare, and without any fatty or gristly bits. The saltado is salty, but I think it balances well with the other flavors. If you're less into salt, then I'd recommend both the chicken and vegetarian empanadas. They have a crispy, buttery crust and blend savory and umami with a hint of spice. Also the portion size of the empanadas is amazing for the price. All in all, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Portland.

The lomo Saltado was really really good. The beef was super tender the brown sauce was full of flavor. It had a wine component. The potatoes were delicious. The remoulade was nice on them and on the calamari. Really good

Disappointed with how much the quality of the food has changed and depreciated. I always order the same dish and it consistently comes out worse each time. Less quality less ingredients. This time it has no tofu and the potatoes were switched to low quality French fries. The dish was completely different. ,

Ordered the Akishisho Wings and Noodles and Peruvian Fries. Simply an expert pairing of flavors -- rich and tasty. Can't say I've ever had wings and noodles together before, but it's a winner!
Google it as they don't have pictures of the Akishisho on DoorDash. It's as delicious as it looks.

we didn't like the OKC Smash Burger or the Fresh Rolls . the peanut sauce was literally just peanut butter, and the burger was a frozen patty with a mushy bun.
we would never order again.
