great selection of entrees, amazing vegan selection. and of course the Gelato is AMAZING 😍

ordered a soup from here, it tasted like water with floating noodles and unflavored meat. gave it another shot and tried the kids Chicken Cheese Quesadilla and it came with NO chicken, and lastly the porchuto toast had barley 1/2 slice of porchuto on 4 burnt pieces of 1 piece of bread cut up, wilted apple and 4 crumbles of the cheese. I mean the thing should be like $2 for the amount you get. never ordering from here again.

The photos speak for themselves. The biscuit for the Cali Biscuit and potatoes had been nuked. The cheesy potatoes were dried out and chewy...I suspect hours old and the biscuit was that microwavable kind of hard or chewy. I only ate 2 bites. The toast for the Prosciutto Toast was fresh, but tiny and thin, and the jam tasted burnt and it did not have enough goat cheese or proscuitto. Perhaps other items are okay? I'm not planning to risk it $$. Good staff IS hard to find and I understand that, but we pay a lot of money for delivery and deserve much better. I wish the owner the best and maybe they'll get a grip on quality control. It could have been an off day, but there was a lot wrong.

$3.99 for 4 Yuca Fries seems a bit steep. They were out of the vegan burger I ordered but replaced it with their vegan Mediterranean fries. I would not recommend. The flavors don't mix well.

I did not get my four scoop ice cream because the store did not give it to the delivery driver even though said delivery driver advocated for the part of the order that was missing. When I did call the store, the person who "forgot" my order said there was nothing she could do and that I needed to let Door Dash handle it and get my money back. I did get credited for it but that was besides the point, I wanted my order and expected decent customer service from a store who advertises "excellent customer service". Instead, I received a mediocre service.
Overall, quality of food was 1/5.
Ice cream was 3/5.
Price is not reasonable.
