Really delicious! My husband and I are from GA where there is great Mexican food and Javelina is the only place we've found in Manhattan that is just as good as the Mexican food in GA. We LOVE the White Queso and Chicken Enchiladas

The Chips & Salsa tasted fresh and authentic - came in a greasy paper bag, which was perfect. The salsa was delicious with a nice smokey & spicy variation that's thick enough for the chips. These outshone the tacos I got. The 3 Carnitas Tacos were cooked and seasoned well, but it felt lacking without some kind of vegetables. I had to dip it in the beans or the salsa/guac. I would try again with another taco - but the high price is a deterrent - so we'll see.

This place is hands down the best TexMex in the city AND they've got excellent customer service. They really read and pay attention to customer requests. SO GOOD. Don't miss out on the Queso Sampler (ask for your Bob Armstrong with yellow queso)!!!

This is the best Mexican, it's homemade, fresh and delicious. The queso sampler is the best. Love the fajitas as well but everything is yummy. The customer service is also terrific which is a major plus.

Expensive but worth every penny! I got the habanero shrimp tacos and the queso and it was DELICIOUS. Best shrimp tacos I've had. And I'm a shrimp taco FAN!!
