The interface to order hot drinks is completely broken. Impossible to add a hot drink to the order, it continually gives error messages unless you add "options" that you don't want. I'll order from a restaurant that allows me to order a hot drink with my meal.

I didn't get the jalapeno cream cheese I ordered.
the bagels weren't  sliced as I requested 
asiago & jalapeno asiago look very similar and no way to tell them apart whole.
order took nearly 2 hours

bagels were well made, but when I looked at what I ordered, versus what I got, I only got one sandwich and two bagels with spread, when I paid for 2 sandwiches and 1 bagel with spread
