The cotton candy shaved ice had an off taste like moldy. Had to throw it out. This is the first time it's not been exceptional. This time it was a waste of money

One of our three containers were doube cupped. How they usually come via Doordash. The two that weren't double cupped leaked everywhere. Still great, but upset with the amount that was spilled.

They continue to struggle with having the flavors listed on the menu available when you purchase. I was very happy that my DoorDash called so I can make changes. I haven't ordered in a while, cause they continue to have problems with their menu being accurate.

I placed an order for a 6 Pack - Ice Cream Sandwiches to include a peppermint oreo and pumpkin ice cream sandwiches. 3 sprinkle ice cream sandwiches were delivered instead. If they were out of those flavors, why not call or message me? Or refund? Very disappointed.
