One of my fave places when I'm feeling the heat at work or just not feeling my best. Great flavors, good size scale between the different sizes and great service.

I have never had an issue from this store before and their product is delicious which is why I was so disappointed. I ordered a medium sized gelati and when i received it i found it was instead a small gelati placed inside a medium sized cup; giving the illusion of it being full size (photos as pictured below). I was charged full price for less and it was disguised as more. Highly disappointed in the employee that did so and this action.

Everything is so delicious but they are pretty inconsistent. Sometimes the ice cream is packed with amazing add ons, other times they barely give any. Our last two orders were wrong :(. You will enjoy but expect a plot twist!

Their online ordering system has been in error for months. Many selections are asking for "options required" that are not available to select. I even went into the store before to demonstrate the issue and nothing has been done. Lost a customer for good!!

was okay. Didn't like how it was delivered just in a bag but overall i liked how they served it.
