The Italian is amazing. The flavors pair very very well with the oil/vinegar/seasoning combo that is part of "Mikes way". If you like a little spice, make sure to add some jalapeños! The only way to make the sandwich better is to throw on some nacho cheese Doritos/salt n vinegar/jalapeño chips on top.

Tasty sandwich fillings. Bread was a bit dry. Cookie was tad hard but then again it is gluten free.

The #8 Club Sub was a very tasty sandwich; however, the Cookie trio was a little on the underdone side. If you like cookies that are almost cookie dough / raw, then you would like these cookies.
