• 10/29/23Sub was great but lets be honest here . The whole sub is a half sub everywhere else in Buffalo so im assuming a full sub which they call a giant is 23$ ? A full wegmans sub is 14$ for context.

• 5/20/23The first sub was great but when you order two subs, one with extra meat and no veggies and it shows up light meat, 2/3rds veggies, thats ridic . The first two three bits would have been just veggies. Not cool for almost $60 for two subs and a drink.

• 8/17/26The #7 turkey and provolone sub is excellent. I ordered it with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar, and oregano. I feel the red wine vinegar adds a little burst of flavor and blends all the flavors of the sub nicely.

• 4 days agoI went to pickup my order 5 min after DoorDash said it would be ready. Staff waited until after I asked for my order to start my order. The female cashier was rude and disrespectful. She did not greet me when I walked in even though I encountered her first. I later asked for my jalapeño on the side as I had on DoorDash she was quick to argue that was not on my order and her coworker that made my sandwich did reiterate it was indicated on my ticket (did not receive jalapeños) another staff member came back into store from taking out trash and informed me details as to why my sandwich was not started before I arrived and offered me a soft drink for my inconvenience. I was on break and 20/30 minutes
were taken waiting for my food that was mediocre. Nothing compared to my previous experience at this franchise
