• 2/19/22it was not as good as after the store first opened. The texture of the GF bread was mealy, it crumbled in my mouth. the lettuce was wilted and skimpy. onion and tomato were skimpy too, 4 thin, thin slices. the banana peppers were 6 skimpy pieces! the beef was ok but not as good either. It was underseasoned.

• 2/26/23It was just OK. The bottom bread of the sandwich (the rosemary parmesan) was soggy, & the upper was stiff & not as flavorful as I expected (esp. compared to the similar offering at Subway). Couldn't detect any rosemary at all. The filling was fine but again not as tasty as expected. Not sure how it garnered the high rating it has, probably won't order again.

• 4/5/24bacon on the BLT was so burnt the only way to eat the sandwich was to remove the bacon.
the #13 The Original Italian was terrible. they poured a whole deluge of oil and vinegar onto the sandwich. so much so that the wrapper and bag had been soaked through and the bread was soggy as if it had been dipped in water
the only redeeming aspect of this meal was that the drinks hadn't been opened and drunk out of before they arrived.

• 1/1/23This sandwich normally tastes great, but not tonight. I would have given it 2 stars except the lunch meat and top half of bun.
It seemed like too much mayonnaise was used and no spices were evident, basically tasteless and the bottom bun was over saturated with the products poured over the sandwich ingredien.
