I only gave 3 stars because I paid for extra meat and there was hardly any . Mostly filled with lettuce ! I only gave 3 stars because it did taste good, but very sparse on the meat and any other fillings, like tomatoes,etc. Lots of lettuce, tho !!

Seems as though the Willoughby location is not the same quality as the mentor location. unfortunately the last couple times I have gotten items from the Willoughby store they were subpar, thought the first one was a fluke, but that has not been the case. Will not be ordering from Willoughby again

The amount of dressing on the wrap is always obnoxious. Tone it down my friends - it creates a big mess.
