• 10/31/25Just ordered a giant sub. I've never had to make a complaint, but my sub had hardly a chicken at all and a ton of lettuce. Paid $20 very disappointed not sure what happened.

• 5/10/26I love Jersey Mike's subs, especially the Cancro Special; however, lately there is way too much oil and vinegar on the sandwich making the cold cuts slimy and bread mushy. I think lessening the amount of oil and vinegar would be awesome or give us a choice of the amount we want.

• 10/2/25I am visiting from out of town on a recruiting trip with my company and we ordered lunch through door dash. Our order was delivered incomplete and I called this location to advise of what happened. I spoke with the manager and he was aware and made it right by accommodating and delivering the missing items themselves. Big thanks to the management team and TJ for going the extra mile to bring our missing food.
