• 6/8/23The #13 The Original Italian is one of the best Italian subs you can order from a quick serve place. Subway, Jimmy John's, Quiznos, Firehouse Subs all should bow down to Jersey Mike's. They don't stand a chance.

• 4/22/22The portobello chicken sub had barely any chicken and what was there was dried out and impossible to chew. All the cheese was on the packaging with none of it in the actual sub.

• 9/9/26I don't know what changed but the bread these were served on was perfect before. It's now dry, puffy, intrusive and can't stay in one piece. A miserable sandwich which is truly sad. This was the best. I can't possibly order again and this is where I usually got lunch. I have celiac so maybe its the gf bread but I don't seem the only one having this issue. It wasn't always this way, it definitely changed.

• 9/1/26the bread on both sandwiches were very dry. chunks flaked off making a mess of crumbs. there is no notes allowed when making your order, so if you don't want something on the sandwiches, there is no way to tell them as this feature is not available as it is turned off.
will not order from the app again because of this.
