The lamb shank was delicious, tender, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with the rice, and the soy sauce complemented the meal well. I really enjoyed it and would definitely order it again.

Steamed Pork Belly w/Mustard/梅干菜扣肉 is not quite as pictured, but still good. The Braised Lamb Shank w/Brown Sauce/铁板黑椒羊腿 is really tender and delicious
