Amazing chef - please do not hire someone else! The food was delivered piping hot and is truly comfort food. Smashed cabbage with pork was delicious and the pickled cabbage rice cake reminded me of my childhood and flavored so nicely (not overly salty). I can't wait to try the sea bass soup and braised pork belly next!
