The food is always amazing, love their parmesan-dusted tacos. Not impressed with the drive-thru. It's not the"fast food" drive-thru we've come to expect from places like McDonald's. At Jimboys they make everything fresh for each order, meaning the drive-thru can take 5 to 10 minutes PER customer. You have been warned.

They use different tortilla and cheese than the other jimboys. The ground beef tasted like straight oil and was so greasy. I get jimboys a lot I know how greasy the ground beef tacos are but this was next level. Literally 1/4 of cup of oil.

The Taco Salad was good. It had lots of chicken. The 4-Pack of Taquitoswas great. I loved the guacamole.
My only complaint was, they did not send a fork to eat the salad. I was at the hotel and didn't have one.

I've ordered from here many times and rarely have any complaints. My main issue is that the tortilla was very hard, and I couldn't eat half my 3 Cheese Quesadilla with chicken.

LOVE their Avacado Salad (thank you for keeping it during this shortage, we appreciate it!), and their taco salads are absolutely perfect! Just have to eat them while their fresh for best quality. Their packaging we've had so far is fully recyclable ♻️ and that's a huge plus too.
