Best Huevos Rancheros in town! Ill never go any where else. The green chili is just how I like it too

I asked for fried eggs on my Huevos Rancheros. Got over medium eggs. That ruins the whole meal for someone who can't do runny eggs. The chili, beans and presentation was great. Small Ham and Cheese Omelet was good.

My "Large" omelet was smaller than the side of fruit and made with zero care. I wouldn't have even called it an omelet. Just eggs with a side of meat.

Jimmy's never disappoints. This order was no different. I've tried multiple items on the menu, and all have been fantastic!

Wasn't spicy, and really didn't taste like ceasar... but with that aside it was good so I can't hate on it.
