orderes 3 tuna subs and there was a spoon full of tuna! should have got a 4 inch sub! all bread and lettuce no meat

Called and asked why we got sandwiches instead of subs. I was told that they are the same portion size on the sandwiches as the sub? The Doordash menu for Jimmy John's is misleading in regards to the types of subs you can get. If you want wheat, it comes in sandwiches, bread form, not a sub. The female manager was rude and could not answer my questions.. No driver was able to be contacted via the doodash app. When I asked for the manager's name, she got rude and demeaning.

The bread could be a little fresher, but the rest of the ingredients were tasty and good quality.

I got a call right after I placed my order, the manager told me she could not complete my order because they didn't have any of the ingredients, and that she voided my order. Two hours later I got a delivery notification from DoorDash. There was no delivery and I never got my money back.
