The picture and the product are definitely not the same. It was alright in taste but the price compared to the contents are not worth it. Subway offers more for less money and a lower delivery fee.

Employees did not wrap the lettuce wrap very good at all. put way to much extra lettuce in the wrap. I said no tomatoes and they put about 5 in there. this is the very first time I've had a problem with the store.

The food was good; the delivery was actually the slowest I've ever had. JJ's supplies their own delivery people, so I'll probably order directly from them from now on instead. HOWEVER, the driver totally walked through knee deep snow to put it at my door even though I said they could leave it on my car so he didn't have to be the one to brave the snow bank. That was really sweet of them. Love that energy.

Ordered a #1 THE PEPE® on sliced wheat. I got the extras but NO MEAT! Glad I paid $10 for lettuce and tomato.
