The food is always the best seriously good subs...BUT they do not tag the items so if you ordered many sandwiches like i do for staff you may want to tell them to mark them with item numbers. It is not fun when you have to open each one to figure out what is what uggg

The worker cancelled my initial order and so I placed a second order. When I called the store directly, she seemed annoyed that I had placed a SANDWICH order for 16 sandwiches- at a sandwich shop. She said they were going to run out of bread- at a sandwich shop. So I'm not sure if she purposely took forever to make the sandwiches, even though I was very kind and appreciative on the phone. Jimmy John's may need to train their employees on bread management
