Typically very good but today's sandwich was made with hard stale bread. That's the worse thing you can do to a sandwich. The bread is EVERYTHING.

The sandwich was delicious. I didn't like the chips, too many burned ones in the bag. I did not get a cookie that I ordered. I did realize that ordering via DoorDash gets my food to me faster. When I order through the JJ's app they take well over an hour and I work 5 minutes away from them.

My order is usually missing items I paid extra for and the sandwiches are made incorrectly or skimping on ingredients.
