didn't even pull the ticket to make the sandwich until i got there. staff was playing games on their phones and talking about personal matters instead of making my food when it said it was ready. then I waited 5 minutes longer.

Consistently takes 1hr + to get food. I've ordered in the window of 10:45-1:30, hoping I'd find a better time. They also often use their own couriers, so you can't track progress, which is frustrating. Too bad, because they have tasty sandwiches.

Consitently fails to deliver orders, and does not offer refunds as they deliver through a third party.
