The sandwich was really good but I ordered it without cucumbers. Pay more attention to those details.

Not impressed... thought I was getting a sub sandwich, ordered wheat, definitely NOT a sub sandwich. It's just a regular sandwich on regular bread. And not a lot of meat. Why do I continue to try with Jimmy John's???

My sandwich had tomatoes wich I asked to be removed I paid for ham wich was not on there and the turkey and cheese was the worst I've ever seen I barely pulled it off my sandwich and it turned into a pile of shredded meat in my hands. I ordered late in the evening so I understand using items that have been out or are not the freshest but this was ridiculous I had to throw the entire thing away after paying 20$ for that meal I am not upset over the price more so the fact of quality and lack of reading the customers requests.

Everything was fine, except the JJ BBQ chips, which had like 10 chips in it total. it wasn't even a third as full as the Salt & Vinegar or Jalapeno chips.
