Great sandwich. Would only be better if there was an option for cheddar cheese.

Club lulu was dry and portioning was skimpy at best. The bottom half of the bread was more crouton-like. Bread was very stale in my opinion. It seems Jimmy John’s has gone the way of Subway, but at least Subway doesn't have old bread. Minimal meat, 2 tomato slices, very little lettuce, stingy with the mayo too. I'll skip this place from now on because my last 2 sandwiches from here have been trash! Jersey Mikes runs circles around this place! Walmart has better prepacked sandwiches for a fraction of the price.

The unwich wasn't cut in half like usual so I had to unwrap the whole thing and it fell apart!! And there were so many sprouts I could barely find the other ingredients. It was falling apart even tho it was wrapped tightly. When I order in store there this never happens! :(

maybe 3 thin slices of meat and 2 cheese. so little meat or was actually like eating nothing but bread. I used to love these sandwiches but not they put so little meat & cheese it's sad and gross

When arrived the store didn't even receive the order, they couldn't find it and had to make it after my arrival. They were very suspicious of me actually placing order online and were checking my phone for all possible proof of the order. It was a terrible experience. They didn't believe I placed the order. Bread was hard. And person making the order was so unhappy to make it. Terrible location.
