Sandwich was top notch absolutely delicious and prepared to PERFECTION from the staff as usual. Customer service was spot on and fabulous. Only complaint is for Jimmy John's corporate (this complaint is 100% out of control to fix from the staff) but your chips has gone down hill.
Potato chips I received had a ridiculous amount of black spots. There are two reasons to this. The fungus that causes black dot, Colletotrichum coccodes can be not  edible to eat due to the fungus, or I can be a form of bruising.
 Regardless, a restaurant chain that should have high quality foods and expectations should not be serving something like this. One or two Regular Jimmy Chips®, fine brush them to the side but half my bag. Unacceptable..

There was ranch all over the outside of the sandwich. It was not packaged very well and it didn't taste good. I couldn't even grab it with my hands.

The bread was super hard & crunchy trying to bite into it. Gross! Not what I expected from Jimmy John's.

The turkey Tom is awesome. I did not like the pesto pasta.
