Generally, the food was good. The pickle itself was gross. We usually love this item but could not eat it.

I used to LOVE Jimmy John's. However, maybe it's just this location, maybe it was just this particular shift, I don't know, but compared to Jersey mikes, they are not that great. You don't get much in the sandwich and they're slacking on paying attention to the customizations as well. The one thing I love in a sandwich that Jersey Mikes doesn't have is avocado. Plus their sandwiches are so much bigger and you get more filling. Bread to filling ratio with Jimmy John's is off to me. So much bread and a hint of whatever filling it is. I get and understand cost and saving everywhere you can, but when you only get 2 things of bacon, skimp on the lettuce and whatever you add on doesn't get added, you get disappointed. Maybe I'll give them another shot on a different day. Maybe it was a bad shift or someone was pissed off. I don't know. But this was bad.

Only ordered bread and cheese and there was wet green something in the middle of the cheese? Will not order from this location unfortunately, I typically order from here weekly and never have issues.
