• 5/10/26The tuna unwhich was so large. Larger than a huge burger that it fell completely apart. The tuna tasted old and I trashed it. The other parts of the order was good though. I just won't ever order another unwhich again unless in person.

• 10/14/26old lettuce on everything. lettuce is cheap can't you use fresh lettuce? this is supposed to be a chicken Caesar wrap. Also ordered an unwich and the lettuce on it was gross as well. Love, Jimmy John's but not this location

• 8/15/26The sandwiches are WET every time I order. The bed then gets instantly soggy and it's just gross. I don't have this issue at other stores
