Everything was perfect! My first time here too, I'm so glad we chose to eat here. Their Jalapeño Jimmy Chips® are delicious. Definitely add oregano and basil on your sandwich, it's delicious!

The bread on my sandwich was so hard !!! Definitely not fresh. And hardly any bacon at all.... I usually love to order jimmy johns, but I think I may not return for a long time .

I got a large soda that was filled with 3/4 of the cup with crushed ice. I would have said easy ice in the order suggestions, but they were turned off. Most people would think a soda with half ice is a lot, but this Jimmy Jams employee exceeded that mark with 3/4 of a cup of ice. Smart

I usually really love Jimmy Johns !
But today it wasn't that great... some of the bacon had a very weird color and texture to it . I will still be a returning customer , but today's sandwich was kind of a flop . I was afraid to eat it

Asked for French bread on all sandwiches, dasher called and said they were out. We were offered "wheat bread, lettuce wraps or garlic and herb" so we requested garlic and herb thinking it would be bread. Disappointingly it was lettuce wraps. Order took awhile to make, and order was incorrect. Lil John we requested no tomatoes and there were tomatoes, I requested avocado on the turkey tom and instead it was put on the lil John. There was barely any turkey on the Lil John. On the gargantuan we did not request hot peppers but they were on the sandwich, it also looked like the amount of meat of a regular sandwich.
