My sandwich was made just how I ask and it was perfect. The delivery driver was extremely fast and very friendly.

I ordered two regular sandwiches and a slim. The slim wasn't correct and the other two the bread was old and there was the most minimal amount of everything on the bread as possible. This order was a complete waste of money ://

They were out of white sun bread. The dasher called and asked me if I wanted wheat bread. I said it was fine thinking I was still getting a sub sandwich. The sandwich that was delivered was on straight up sliced loaf bread from the grocery store. I could of made myself a wonder bread and meat sandwich at home. I paid $20 for a sad sliced bread with some meat slapped on. This was not the dashers fault. Jimmy John's is to blame.

the staff is always professional and courteous. The delivery drivers are so amazing! They even helped me carry in the food. Professional and so very kind.
