I love the fresh bread they use, and the red RED VELVET BROWNIE is phenomenal. Usually the subs are good, and i don't know what happened this time, but my #4 TURKEY TOM® came with only a small pile of shredded up turkey in the center 1/3 of the bread instead of the usual turkey slices distributed evenly. Just no meat at all on the couple of inches at either end of the bread.
They added a bunch of cheese i didn't even order, i guess to cover the sad, bare areas where meat should've been. There's also no sign of the oil and vinegar i asked for. There is, however, a super generous amount of cucumber slices- to the point that this is basically a cucumber and cheese sandwich with a wee bit of turkey garnish. Ridiculous.

All 6 cookies were CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE versus 3 CHOCOLATE CHIP and 3 OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIEs. Try explaining where's my cookie to a seven year old. All sandwiches were tasty, soft drinks as ordered.
