When I made my order, the estimated delivery time was about 20 minutes. The 'track my order' showed that my order was being prepared but said it was arriving in 1 minute for over 15 minutes and never updated or changed. When it had been 20 minutes past the estimated delivery time, I tried calling the store. The phone rang for almost 2 minutes, and then someone picked up and hung up on me. I tried calling again with the same results. My coworker then tried to call, and the phone rang for over 5 minutes, and then she was hung up on as well. I work at a restaurant and completely understand things happening and being busy, but there is no excuse to answer the phone and continuously hang up on customers. I didn't care at all that my order was late, I just wanted to make sure it was still coming. My delivery person was a Jimmy John's employee and not a dasher though. I highly recommend ordering through a different location.
