Sandwiches were good. Delivery took almost an hour. They don't use Dash drivers. Store employees make the delivery.

We ordered 2 sandwiches for over $30. The bread wasn't fresh and the toppings were so minimal, it was ridiculous. We will not order again.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at JJ's. After a long day at work, I was looking forward to a satisfying meal, but the service fell short not once, but twice. The BLT lacked its essential components, and the KCC was scant on ingredients despite my clear communication with the manager. Additionally, there was a mix-up with the dessert, and to add insult to injury, my beverages were mistakenly taken from my porch.
As someone with a background in management and the fast-food industry, I see several areas where this location could improve its operations. The team's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction need to be addressed. The excessive wait times for both orders further compounded the inconvenience.
Professionalism and focus on the task at hand are critical in the service industry, and it was evident that these values were not upheld during my visit. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously and that significant improvements will be made to ensure a better customer experience in the future.
