Potato salad has mustard in it. Very good! Sandwich, I gotta remember to get mayo on it. It was good, but kinda rubbery. A little dry.

The #4 TURKEY TOM® I did not realize you put one slice of shredded turkey with a lotof shredded lettuce and tomato on the bread. Otherwise I would have told you to add more
Turkey. For the amount it cost, you could at least put two slices and not shredded.

there was very little meat for a $20 sandwich. I've gotten the large sandwich before in the past and it had way more meat.i asked for no lettuce and got lettuce. I asked for pickles and peppers but didn't get them. my fiance asked for no lettuce. he got lettuce and pickles on his. the sandwiches were rather sad. which isn't normal.

Let me just say, I love jimmy johns! It will always be my go to favorite sub shop.
BUT this specific park ridge location just can't seem to get it right the last 6 months or so....
It's unfortunate because the other jimmy johns locations I've ordered from were always great.
Every time we order from this location the subs have been missing ingredients, and instructions not followed (cut in half, label) and very very skimpy on the meat-1 or 2 slices at most, even if you add extra, or buy the "favorites"
Recently we ordered 3 subs but only 1 was correct.
The other two were missing simple ingredients (such as tomato, onion, and mayo) and on one of the subs the extra meat we paid for wasn't on it.
I would love for them to get it right because this location is so close and jimmy johns has always been my favorite!

Definitely not "freaky fast". Over thirty minutes later than their latest estimated time of delivery. We like the food though
