Jimmy John's is amazing! The taste is just beautiful and the portions are just right! The freshness of the vegetables are just perfect! I will definitely be ordering again!!

Love JJ's. Have eaten there a lot when working downtown. Hated when it closed. So excited now that it's back!!!!Best sandwiches.

Obviously I have already eaten some of the sub, but this is a poor excuse for a sub. It is literally no wider than 3 fingers width. A little John is supposed to be shorter than a regular, not just the scraps of messed up loaves. And I payed for 2 sauces (kickin ranch) and didn't receive either of them. Price is ridiculously high for how small and poorly it's made. Not to mention the chips ( 2 bags) and cookies ( 2 ) were smashed because the worker thought it was a great idea to smash 2 bags of chips, 2 cookies, and 2 "subs" into a tiny bag that was packed so full the staple was barely holding.

They forgot one of the subs and the other one wasn't toasted. Even though I had the receipt, the lady put the sandwich maker on the phone who said he made it. I'm sure he did make it but it wasn't in my bag. We got 2 drinks and 2 pickles and one sub.
The dasher was fabulous! They went straight back to the store and offered to bring it back out. I gave them an extra tip. Jimmy John's dropped the ball on this order and handled it very unprofessional
