I was really disappointed the last time I ordered here with the sandwich. But this time it was really good. They have the best cookie and brownie here.

I get the same thing everytime I order. If you're looking for a good Chicken Caesar wrap get it here! Sometimes I save half for lunch the next day and it's still just as good.

this was a complete waste of money and time. nowhere does it say they do their own delivery so I paid a fee to door dash for NOTHING. they left my order sitting outside with no notification that they delivered it and by the temperature of my drink it had been several minutes. on top of that, my sandwich had 2 slices of meat which means I paid $10 for bread. I should at minimum get the fees and tip reimbursed.

I love their sandwiches and I enjoy going to JJ's often. However, this time I was a bit disappointed; not because of my sandwich not being well prepared. They did not give me my drink. If I paid that much for a combo, I should've at least received my unsweetened tea along with it. I hope I get my drink next time when I order from JJ's again...
